BOOKING INFORMATION and REQUIREMENTS
1. READ INVOICE THOROUGHLY. Please thoroughly review both sides of invoice in its entirety after booking and receiving the same. The booking passenger will be the only recipient of invoices and is solely responsible to convey all information listed on invoices to all travel companions. Names on invoice must be spelled correctly and must be the exact legal names as apprears on passenger's passport and/or birth certificate. Addresses must be correct to avoicd delays. Notify your SunshineParadise.com travel professional immediately if changes or corrections are needed. Ship or hotel may charge a substantial fee plus applicable fare increases for changes made less than 75 days prior to departure date.
2. REVIEW ALL INVOICES AND CORRESPONDENCE. It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to review and verify all information printed on the invoice (both sides) and any accompanying correspondence. Verify all passenger names, departure date, itinerary, cabin or room assignment, air transportation, ground transportation and all other information. Ships or hotels may charge a substantial fee plus applicable fare increases for changes made after tickets and/or documents are issued
3. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Travel insurance provides protection for the traveler in the event that the trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Travel Insurance also protects n the event of most medical emergencies, and in some instances, pre-exising conditions. Some other benefits may include legal assistance, emergency medical evacuation, travel document and ticket replacement assistance.
4. PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP / TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS. Proof of U.S citizenship is required for all travel outside the United States. U.S citizens need a copy of their birth certificate with a raised seal or a valid passport. All ships or hotels also require a photo I.D. Furthermore, many countries now require visas which are issued by the consulates of the countries you are visiting. Most East European countries, most African nations, most South American countries, many nations in the Far East and South Pacific, the Republics of the former Soviet Union and China all required Visas.
Passengers who are not U.S. citizens should check with the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service ( if they are departing from and/or returning to the United States) as well as the consulates of the respective countries to determine which documents are needed.
5. AIRLINE TRANSPORTATION. All airline transportation is the sole responsibility of each airline's rules and regulations.
6. RETURNED CHECK FEE. A $25 fee will be charges for all returned unpaid checks.
7. SunshineParadise.com will impose a cancellation fee of $50.00 per person. Airlines, Tour Operator, Cruise Lines, Car Rental Companies, Hotels or other travel realted companies in accordance with their cancellation policies may charge additional fees.
8. SunshineParadise.com is acting as intermediary and agent for Airlines, Tour Operators, Cruise Lines, Car Rental Companies, Hotels or other travel related companies identified in the booking services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this agency (such as air transportation, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) SunshineParadise.com therefore shall not be responsible for breach of contract or nay intentional, unitentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you, your travel companions or group members.
9. SunshineParadise.com shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler. By embarking on his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all ristks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Sunshine Paradise Travel, you agree that the laws of Florida and the United States of America, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Sunshine Paradise Travel or its affiliates.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Sunshine Paradise Travel or to products you purchase through Sunshine Paradise Travel shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Collier County, Florida, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Sunshine Paradise Travel's intellectual property rights, Sunshine Paradise Travel may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in Florida, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
